Money Saving and Effective Beauty Tricks
1) Oils: The same oils you use for cooking are some of the best moisturizers for the skin. Two of my favorite are grape seed oil for night use. Grape seed oil is excellent for brightening the skin because of its HIGH vitamin C content. For day use, I love olive oil. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants that protect against free radicals created by exposure to sunlight! Mix with an SPF 30 to increase protection.
2) Baking Soda: Use as a facial wash. Mix a Tbs of baking soda in any facial wash. The baking soda will balance skins PH, fight blemishes, and increase circulation for a beautiful glow. BONUS: Mixing baking soda with lemon juice treats yellow nails and age spots.
3) Walnuts: Walnuts are LOADED with omega-3 and six fats, decreasing aging inflammation. Eat a handful a day.
4)De-puff eyes with green tea! Wet the green tea bags with water and freeze them, apply to eyes for 3-5 minutes.
