Confidence Building Dolls
This video of a little girl named Emma receiving a doll with a matching prosthetic touched my heart. It is a beautiful reminder that not all little girls are made of sugar and spice, and the best ones are made of rare strength, courage, and determination.
Emma eagerly opens the doll and, to her surprise, sees the pink prosthetic leg and is completely blown away. “You gotta be kidding me!” she says before taking the doll out of the box and hugging it closely, tears streaming down her face.
Her mother asks, “Do you love her?” and Emma responds, “I love you.” A must-watch.
