Brighten Skin and Fade Age Spots

Apples are loaded with malic acid, an enzyme that can penetrate the top layer of the skinlightening any discoloration. Apples are high in vitamin C- known for its ultimate skin brightening capabilities.  Try puréeing a fresh, organic apple, in a food processor- with a tablespoon of honey. Smooth all over face- (and hands too if you want), leave on for 20+ minutes, rinse. Do this twice a week.

          Reduce Shedding and Breakage

This next tip is one I use twice a month.  After shampooing, apply a 1:1 ratio of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and filtered water. Wait two to five minutes and rinse. ACV unclogs any stuck hair follicles that could cause hair loss. It also stimulates the scalp helping with new hair growth.

Life is short Smell the Apples
