LET THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE BE YOUR FITNESS MOTIVATOR: GINA THE TRAINER

Often times we hear that we should do things for “ourselves.”  While I do agree with that statement, I also do believe when we allow ourselves to be motivated by the ones we love and what we love, we  go even further.

Some motivators outside yourself that may help you get into the best shape of your life:

-Workout to have the energy to do the activities you love with the ones you love.

-Eat right, to ensure good health so you can be around for as long as possible for your loved ones.

-Working out can help relieve stress or tension so you don’t have to take out moodiness on people you care about.

-If you are fully abled consider yourself truly blessed. So set aside some time during the week to not only be active but help someone who is in need.

-If you have a tough time with portion control when dining out make it a goal to give 1/2 your meal away to someone you know that needs it or a homeless person you pass by.

Don’t Use the “ I don’t have time” excuse. Heres a  couple simple recipes and a workout that can be done before, after, or while making dinner.

Salmon & Broccoli

-Drizzle a little extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt & black pepper on chopped of broccoli and pop in

the oven heated at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the florets are tender.

-Mix a little extra-virgin olive-oil, garlic powder, basil and salt in a bowl. Then rub on
salmon. Use a little extra-virgin olive oil to lightly coat the skillet and throw the
salmon on for about 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and flakey.

Power Salad

Throw the following into the bowl:

Extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garbanzo beans, pre-chopped onions, baby
tomatoes, cut up avocado, chopped basil, mix and serve
Eating healthy can be simple, quick and inexpensive!
