Music has been proven to manage emotions, thoughts and  behavior. 


We use it as an escape.  Music allows us to express feelings without the use of words and music can calm us after a stressful situation; thus, lowering blood pressure and heart rate! 

Music can remove negative thoughts and help build self esteem.  It may even make us  smarter!
